Cancellations + Rescheduling

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.  Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, 50% of the cost of services missed will be due before  you are able to reschedule. 
  Prepayment of services may be required after the second incident.

No Shows 

What happens if I miss my appointment and don't contact you to let you know I won't make it?  Unfortunately, when stylists don't have enough time to fill an appointment spot, they end up with a gap in their schedule that they lose money on.  My policy is that if an appointment is "no-showed", 100% of the cost of services missed will be due before you are able to reschedule.

Redo Policy 

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction.  If you having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. 

Children at the salon 

For safety and liability reasons, I ask that you please leave your children home, or arrange for another adult not being serviced to look after them. Don’t get the wrong idea – I love kids and have two of my own, but the salon is not a good place for them. The last thing I want is to drop a bowl of chemicals, a pair of scissors, or a hot flat iron into your baby’s lap.
